Who we are
Autoset Labs makes plugins for Adobe InDesign. It is run by Sherif Elkady. "We" on this page means Autoset Labs.
Your licence
When you download or buy one of our plugins, you may use it for personal and commercial work. You may not:
- resell, share or give away the plugin or your licence key;
- take the plugin apart to copy its code;
- use more computers than your licence allows.
The charts and documents you make are yours.
Prices and payment
Paid licences are paid once. There is no subscription.
Chartwork Pro covers 2 computers. Chartwork Team covers 5.
Every update within the same main version is free. For Chartwork 1, that is every 1.x update.
Payhip runs the checkout and PayPal takes the payment. Payhip's terms also apply to the purchase.
Licence keys
Your key unlocks the plugin on the number of computers you paid for. You can move it to a new computer by taking it off an old one. A key shared beyond that may be switched off.
Refunds
If the plugin is not for you, email support@autosetlabs.com within 14 days of buying. You get a full refund.
No warranty
We work hard to make our plugins reliable, but we provide them as they are. Keep backups of your documents. We are not liable for damage or lost work that comes from using them.
Privacy
What the plugins send, and what we keep, is in our privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
